FloralsRomero is a small custom floral studio. This page explains what we collect when you send a bouquet request through this site, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. We have kept it short and plain, because it genuinely is short.
What we collect
Only what you type into the bouquet request form:
- Your name, email address and phone number.
- The date you need the bouquet by, the occasion, any add-ons, your budget range, and whether you would like delivery or pickup.
- Any special requests you write in the notes field.
- A reference photo, if you choose to attach one. This is optional.
We do not use cookies, analytics, advertising trackers or session storage on this site, and we do not build a profile of your visit. There is no online payment here, so we never see or store card details.
Why we collect it
To design and price your bouquet and to get back to you about it. Your contact details are used to follow up on your request — usually by phone or email within a day. We do not add you to a mailing list.
Who else sees it
- Netlify. This site is hosted by Netlify, and the request form is handled by Netlify Forms. Your submission — including any reference photo — is stored in our Netlify account and emailed to the studio. Netlify processes it on our behalf under their own privacy policy.
- Google Fonts. The typefaces on this site are served by Google Fonts, so your browser requests them from Google, which receives your IP address as part of that request. Nothing you type into the form is involved.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone else for their own marketing purposes.
How long we keep it
We keep bouquet requests for as long as we need them to prepare your order and follow up afterwards, and we delete them from our systems once they are no longer needed. You can ask us to delete yours sooner at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. If you are a California resident, the CCPA gives you these rights explicitly, along with the right not to be treated differently for exercising them. We will not discriminate against you for asking.
To make any of these requests, just contact us — there is no form to fill in.
